Salone del Mobile 2024

Patricia Urquiola, after her debut at the Salone del Mobile 2022, becomes creative director of CIMENTO® for 2024.

She focuses on the design of the stand and 3 new furniture collections, with a distinctive architectural approach. Urquiola’s design is inspired by brutalism, with primitive shapes and finishes with a strong identifying character. The stand evokes a modern temple, with architectural elements that emphasize CIMENTO®.

Urquiola then creates an exhibition itinerary with podiums of different heights; she exalts the products as works of art created with the special CIMENTO spray technique, from which tactile and visually surprising surfaces are obtained, with personal details that highlight the uniqueness of each piece.
